- •ASA grade 1 and ASA grade 2 single-foetus pregnancy, age between 20-35 YRS more than 37 weeks of gestational age scheduled for elective caesarean section
排除标准
- •Emergency surgeries ASA grade 3,4,5 Known bleeding diathesis Neuromuscular disease Local skin infections/Contraindications to neuraxial anaesthesia Body mass index greater than 40 kg/m2 Allergy to any of the study medications Patients on psychiatric or chronic pain medication
