•Any education level
•Right handed individuals
•Language: English or Hindi
•TBI within first 30 days of Date of Injury (considering feasibility)
•Patients with Post Concussion Syndrome (PCS)
•GCS Score 8-15
•Home Based Therapist (Immediate caregiver who would supervise home tasks and retraining)
•Consenting individuals
•Non-consenting individuals
•Patients who have had neurosurgery post TBI
•H/O any previous penetrating Head Injury (PHI)
•Any previous H/O Head Injury
•H/O any major psychiatric illness
•H/O Mental Retardation
•H/O associated injuries/ life threatening injuries
•H/O neuroprotective drugs
•Any contraindications to MRI
oPregnant women
oPatients with any metallic implants/ non MR compatible
oPatients with claustrophobia

Name Time Method The impact of the short term Rehabilitation (Immediately after Neuropsychological Rehabilitation) on the patients (pre to post rehabilitation) would be measured through: <br/ ><br>â?¢Change in scores of cognitive functioning <br/ ><br>â?¢Change in scores of psychological functioningTimepoint: The short term effectiveness would be measured immediately after the completion of the rehabilitation program (after 4-6 weeks of rehabilitation, depending upon patient to patient)
- Secondary Outcome Measures
