Inclusion Criteria
all deliveries including vaginal and caesarean
period of gestation >34wks
Exclusion Criteria
uncontrolled hypertension B.P >140/90mmHg on
hypothyroidism(TSH >4mU/L)
hyperthyroidism(TSH <0.1)
infection with clinical sign of sepsis
Known case of heart disease
history of coagulopathy
Blood transfusion during delivery
Severe anemia (Hb <7gm%)

Name Time Method 1.Association between shock index and pulse rate,B.P, mean arterial pressure, pulse pressure <br/ ><br>2.Association of shock index with demographic factors-age, parity, height, weight, body mass index <br/ ><br>3.Association of shock index with obstetric factors-multifetal pregnancy, duration of first stage,second stage, third stage of labor, mode of delivery(vaginal and C-section), type of anesthesia, anemia,hypertension, oxytocin use during delivery.Timepoint: 1 year
