Inclusion Criteria
People aged from 18 years to 75 years; both sexes; with dyslipidemia, characterized by serum levels of Low Density Lipoprotein above 100mg/dL and who are not allergic to annatto or traces of annatto
Exclusion Criteria
People with psychiatric disease or other disease that affects the understanding of the consent term; Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; People with allergy to Urucum; People to whom specific drug is being administered to control high levels of triglycerides; people with comorbidities, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, several renal failure, hepatitis;active infeccion and participants who make a change in lifestyle that impacts the results
