- •Volunteers between 30 and 40 years of age and availability to participate in the program proposed by the study
排除标准
- •Female PBJJ; PBJJ with neuromuscular and / or traumatic pathologies with acute manifestations in the knees; PBJJ who do not carry out at least one training session in the weeks that comprise the conduct of the research (evaluation period); PBJJ with less than 1 year of practice; PBJJ that are not diagnosed / classified as MDT syndrome; PBJJ who do not sign the ICF; PBJJ under the age of 18 and over 40 years old.
