Pain on lateral side of elbow that is severe enough to interfere with their
Daily living activities (for less than 3 months)
Tenderness over the tenomuscular Arcade of Forshe
Cozen test positive
Patients with ULTT( radial nerve) positive
Participants who refused to be needled
Hypersensitivity to metals
Cervical radiculopathy
Congenital or acquired deformities of upper limb
History of previous elbow surgery or dislocation
Peritendinous injections administered in the past one year
Participant with open wound at and around elbow
Pregnancy
Coagulopathy
Infection
Hemophilia
