Inclusion Criteria

Villages locate in Pho Phraya Sub-district and have following inclusion criteria of the member as 1) an older person age over 60 years; 2) older person who have visual acuity in the better eye of not less than 20/60; 3) older person who have never had eye surgery or been diagnosed with eye diseases; 4) older person who can communicate fluently in Thai; 5) older persons who can be reached by telephone; and 6) older person who are welcome to participate in this phase of the study by signing a consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

Village members will be excluded if they have advanced eye diseases such as macular edema and progressive diabetic retinopathy, impair cognitive or functional ability, and are unable to participate in all aspects of the research as specified.
