Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis; age between 12 and 34 years; with a Shwachman Kulczycki (SK) severity score greater than 7 (less severe disease); who agree to participate in the research; that have pulse oximeter monitoring available and internet access via cell phone or computer
Patients with significant cognitive and or orthopedic alterations; comorbidities that limit physical activity; pregnant women; patients who did not perform the exercise protocol for more than one week; those who for some reason do not keep in touch via cell phone or computer

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find a higher level of muscle strength obtained by the dynamometer in kilogram-force in the intervention group, which performed the 12-week telerehabilitation protocol, than the control group that only performed the outpatient guidelines
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find a level of trophism with the eutrophic category in patients with cystic fibrosis that should be between plus 1 and minus 1 from the Z score. This index is calculated by the Body Mass Index based on weight (kg) and height. (cm)
