研究概览

简要总结

This study will be based on to evaluate single-leg drop jump performance from different drop heights of recreational badminton players. Participants will be screened on the mentioned inclusion and exclusion criteria. Single-leg drop jump performance will be assessed using force plate, plyometric box and high frame-rate camera. The mentioned outcome measures will be collected, analyzed and interpretation of data will be documented, which will provide information about performance profiling and injury profiling of the recreational badminton players.

入选标准

  • Train and play the sport atleast three times weekly for one hour each session.
  • Playing the sport for atleast one year.

排除标准

  • If any acute injury in past two weeks.
  • History of lower limb and/or spinal surgery in one year.
  • Any cardiovascular disease.
