Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have undergone and completed orthodontic treatment and prescribed for vacuum formed orthodontic retainer
2.Systemically healthy patient
3.Less than DMFT Score 5
4.Participants avoidance of steroid based or antibacterial mouthwash for 2 weeks prior to study
5.Nonsmoker
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient on long term antibiotic therapy
2.Pregnant and lactating women

Name Time Method Streptococcus mutans are counted after vacuum formed orthodontic retainers cleaned with three different cleaning methodsTimepoint: T1 - After using a toothbrush with toothpaste for 1 week. <br/ ><br>T2 - After immersing in chlorhexidine solution for 10 min twice a day for 1 week. T3 - After using oral foam orthodontic retainer cleaner for 1 week. <br/ ><br>
