Inclusion Criteria
Stroke patients with an onset of 6 months or more.
- Those who can walk 10meters without assistance.
- Those with a Korean Mini-Mental State Examination (K-MMSE) score of 24 or above.
Exclusion Criteria
- A patients with fractures in the lower or upper limbs.
- Those with skin allergies to tape.
- A patients with severe shoulder pain.
- Those with medical conditions affecting walking patterns and both arms and legs, aside from neurological damage.
