Inclusion Criteria
- Patients within the age range of 18years -75years.
- Patients of either gender.
- Patients admitted to General surgery and Orthopaedics ward.
- Patients who are known diabetics or hyperglycaemic and have undergone elective or emergency non-cardiac surgery during duration of the study period will be included in the study.
- Patients/LAR who are willing to consent for the study.
