入选标准
- •ASA Ⅰ或 Ⅱ，单胎妊娠，足月（胎龄≥37 周） 。
排除标准
- •1.糖尿病或妊娠糖尿病、高血压或子痫前期；
- •2.宫内生长受限或巨大胎儿、前置胎盘、胎盘粘连、胎盘植入、重大合并产妇疾病；
- •3.脊髓或硬膜外麻醉的绝对禁忌症，如局部感染或出血障碍。
