Inclusion Criteria
1.ASA grade one and two 2.Weight thirty -sixty kg 3.Undergoing gynaecological diagnostic laproscopic surgeries under general anaesthesia 4.Mallampatti grade one and two
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with anticipated difficult airway 2.Patients with preoperative sorethroat 3.Patient with increased risk of aspiration of gastric contents 4.Surgery time more than 2hours
