Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Volunteers with body fat percentage above 25% and 35%, for men and women, respectively; Age between 18 and 35 years; Insufficiently physically active; non smokers.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Voluntary with arterial hypertension; diabetes; In use of medication that influences the cardiovascular system; With bone or muscle limitation for walking or running.
