- •1. Patient who received orthognathic surgery
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA) grade 1 or 2
- •3. from 16 years
- •4. General anesthesia is needed for orthognathic surgery, and the nasotracheal intubation is indicated
- •5. Patients who agreed with informed conscent
排除标准
- •1. Patient who has difficult airway
- •2. Patient who has obstructive sleep apnea syndrome
- •3. Patient with history of nasal surgery and/or nasal trauma
- •4. Patient who has repetitive nasal bleeding
- •5. Patient who is taking anticoagulant drug
- •6. Patient who disagreed with study
