Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient suspected of having PTE with d-Dimer positive and no typical symptoms of PTE, Patient suspected of having PTE with typical symptoms of PTE
2. Patient scheduled to take a contrast-enhanced CT for the diagnosis of PTE
3. Age>=20 years old
4. Written informed consent
