- •Weight between 35-75 kg
- •Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia

- •(1)Patient refusal
- •(2)History of allergy to analgesics
- •(3)Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic
- •(4)Skin infection at puncture site
- •(5)Pulmonary, renal, cardiac or any other systemic disorder
