Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.18 to 25 years will be included.
  • •2\. Both genders.
  • •3\. Muscle strength of lower limb, neck 5/5\.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1Any known history of trauma to the cervical spine.
  • •2\.Any known history of PIVD cervical spine.
  • •3\. Any diagnosed case of musculoskeletal, neurological disorder or rheumatic disease.
  • •4\. Any known history of vestibular impairment or other balance disorder such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
  • •5\. Individuals undergoing any medical treatment or using any medications that can alter balance.
  • •6\.History of spinal or lower extremity surgery.
  • •7\. Any history of fracture in the lower limb in the past 6 month.
  • •8\. Any history of congenital Hip, Knee, Foot, or Spine deformities.
  • •9\. Any Limb Length Discrepancy
