Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Cases with a score more than or equal to 6 as per ACR/EULAR 2010 criteria, patients with the moderate and severe activity of DAS28 score, persons aged 20 to 65 years, patients not under any conventional treatment except those on occasional painkillers, controlled cases of diabetes, hypertension, hyper or hypothyroidism, patients with written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients in a terminal stage of disease will be treated but not included in the study, patients having other joint affection or arthritis, patient with other coexisting active disease which is not controlled, pregnant and lactating women will be excluded in the study, patient unwilling to take part and not giving consent, patients who are already taking homoeopathic medicine for any chronic illness, patients who are suffering from any life threatening or immunocompromised state.
