Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients suffering from chronic low back pain from past 3 months or above having sleep disturbance
- •Patients with nonspecific low back pain
- •PSQI score baseline
- •Not actively undergoing any therapies
- •No red flags
- •Able to walk
- •Undersatands the commands
Exclusion Criteria
- •Communication and speech problems
- •Participants who refused to participate
- •Patients on pharmacological induced sleep
- •General health problem or underlying diagnosed pathology that affects sleep
- •Cognitive impairments
- •Vertebral fracture in last 3\-6 months
- •vertebral joint dislocation in last 3\-6 months
- •Spinal or vertebral joint ligament rupture in last 3\-6 months
- •Inflammation of intervertebral disc
- •Debilitated disease subjects will not be included
