All nursing staff who work in the geriatric ward of the at the University Medical Center Freiburg during the study period.

Exclusion Criteria

All staff of the geriatric ward at the Freiburg University Medical Hospital who belong to other professional groups.

Benefit aspects (positive effects and disadvantages or risks) of the use of MoMo from a nursing perspective:<br>? Physical and psychological stress of caregivers, <br>? impact on the care process, <br>? impact on patient outcome, <br>? impact on the perception of autonomy and privacy of patients with cognitive impairment.<br><br>The study is carried out as a mixed-methods approach at different points in time or in different time periods: <br>? End of phase 0 (T 0, approximately week 5-6): observation of one to two trainings of nursing staff on MoMo followed by a group discussion.<br>? Accompanying during the use of MoMo (phase 1, weeks 7-24): accompanying study diary for anonymous recording of situational challenges in the use of MoMo.<br>? After the end of the 18-week MoMo use phase (T 1.1, approximately week 25-30): online survey of nursing staff. <br>? After the end of the 18-week MoMo use phase (T 1.2, approximately week 26-35): One to two group discussions with nursing staff.
