Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) ages of 40 and under 70 who have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
- •2\) taking one or more diabetic medication
- •3\) have HbA1c \>7\.0% measured in the last 6 months or higher
- •4\) using an Android smartphone
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) have comorbidities that interfere with physical activity
- •2\) received acute stage treatment (chemotherapy, intensive care unit treatment, etc.) within the past year
- •3\) have cognitive problems that impede communication
- •4\) participating in other self\-managed studies
