- •Regular menstruation (duration of 3 to 8 days with an interval of 21 to 35 days)
- •Age of subjects: 18 to 25 years old
- •11 to 17 years as the age of the onset of the menstrual period
- •Marital status: Single
- •Nationality: Iranian
- •Having primary Dysmenorrhea
排除标准
- •Having background of underlying disease causing secondary to Dysmenorrhea, such as endometriosis
- •Occurrence of known physically diagnosed chronic disease, anatomical mental disorders
- •Use of any form and type of medical interventions (painkillers)
- •Taking oral contraceptives
- •Taking hormonal medications
