Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Patients presenting with classical features of vatakantaka
- •2 Patinmts of either gender, between the age group of 20\-60 years
- •3 Patients unwilling for surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients having uncontrolled IDDM / NIDDM and other systemic disorders
- •2\. Patients having infections due to osteomyelitis
- •3\. History of ankle and foot fractures
- •4\. Any previous surgery or treatment of planter fascitis
- •5\. Inflammatory arthritis
- •6\. Patients with thrombosis or DVT
- •7\. Tarsal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis
- •8\. Contraindicated for agnikarma
