Overview
Brief Summary
Digital interventions to contribute for patients with severe mental disorders can self-monitor their symptoms, adhere to treatment, and acquire self-care for a healthy lifestyle. It is expected to place the digital interventions (E-book and EDU-Prev app) might reduce psychological stress during the COVID-19 pandemic and self-monitoring symptoms, as well as reduction of anxiety and depressive symptoms, substance abuse, and risk of suicidal behavioral. The project will contribute to research in graduation and post-graduation ( TCC, Master and Doctorate).

Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The inclusion criteria for the participants will be: being recruited by outpatient clinics for adolescents and for mental disorders; be between 14 and 65 years old;have a telephone with an internet connection available; understand instructions on using the app.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The exclusion criteria for participation in the research will be: cognitive deficit that does not allow the understanding of the free and informed consent term and the understanding of instructions for using the app; problems or inability to operate a smartphone touchscreen.
