Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •i.Adults both male and female aged 18 to 65 years
  • •ii.Diagnosed case of PTSD in general population/COVID 19 patients/Contacts of patients/Health care workers/Frontline workers as per DSM \-5 criteria with a minimum score of 31 on PCL\-5 and 2 (moderate) and 3(severe) as per severity rating of CAPS\- 5
  • •iii.Willing to take Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
  • •iv.Controlled cases of Hypothyroidism, hypertension andT2DM
  • •v.Written informed consent from the patient

Exclusion Criteria

  • •i.Pregnant and lactating women
  • •ii.Any other pre\-existing mental disorder
  • •iii.Presence of risk of suicide or self\-destructive behaviours
  • •iv.Known cases of Tuberculosis, HIV, Cancer and any other
