Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA Physical Status 1 or 2
- •weight (BMI \< 30 )
- •any surgery requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube lasting for more than one hour
Exclusion Criteria
- •neuromuscular disorders
- •neurological impairments
- •obese (BMI \>30\)
- •Pregnant women
- •renal dysfunction( creatinine \>1\.8\)
- •hepatic dysfunction(LFT \>50% of normal values)
- •drugs interfering with neuromuscular transmission
