- •pain and tenderness , often sudden and severe in the ankle joints
- •swelling present in the ankle joint
- •a feeling of looseness in the ankle joint.
- •Patients willing to undergo Laboratory investigations
- •patients willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she will conscientiously stick to the treatment during 48 days but can opt out of the trial of his/her own conscious discretion.
排除标准
- •Complete ligament tear of the ankle joint
- •Evidence of bony fractures in X-rays
- •Tuberculoid arthritis
- •Syphilitic arthritis
- •Rheumatoid arthritis
- •Inflammatory arthritis
- •Gouty arthritis
- •Septic arthritis
- •Gonococcal arthritis
- •Psoriatic arthritis
- •Pregnancy and lactation women
- •Patient with any other serious systemic illness.
