Inclusion Criteria
older patients, 65 years of more, undergoing general anesthesia over one hour
Exclusion Criteria
1. language difficulty of literacy problem
2. history of neurologic or cerebrovascular disease
3. surgery requiring prone position
4. surgery on head and neck
5. patients with decreased cardiac output
6. patients with anemia which hemoglobin is 10g/dL or less
7. patients with preoperative hypoxemia
8. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
9. patients suspiscious of increased intracranial pressure
