- •older patients, 65 years of more, undergoing general anesthesia over one hour
排除标准
- •1. language difficulty of literacy problem
- •2. history of neurologic or cerebrovascular disease
- •3. surgery requiring prone position
- •4. surgery on head and neck
- •5. patients with decreased cardiac output
- •6. patients with anemia which hemoglobin is 10g/dL or less
- •7. patients with preoperative hypoxemia
- •8. chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- •9. patients suspiscious of increased intracranial pressure
