Inclusion Criteria
1.Histologically confirmed cases of Ca Lung â?? SCLC or NSCLC.
2.Patient eligible/ suitable for radical or intent radical radiotherapy.
3.Age >18 years
4.Undergoing RT in TMH/ACTREC
Exclusion Criteria
1.Receiving RT with palliative intent
2.Not willing to give consent
3.Thoracic Re-irradiation
4.Unable to perform to perform PFT/ DLCO

Name Time Method PULMONARY FUNCTIONTimepoint: PULMONARY FUNCTION (CLINICAL/ PFT) WILL BE ASSESSED AT BASELINE, POST RADIOTHERAPY, 3 MONTHS, 6 MONTHS, 9 MONTHS, 1 YEAR, 15 MONTHS, 18 MONTHS, 21 MONTHS AND 2 YEARS. LAST FOLLOW UP WILL BE AT THE END OF 2 YEARS.
