Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Histologically confirmed cases of Ca Lung â?? SCLC or NSCLC.
- •2\.Patient eligible/ suitable for radical or intent radical radiotherapy.
- •3\.Age \>18 years
- •4\.Undergoing RT in TMH/ACTREC
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Receiving RT with palliative intent
- •2\.Not willing to give consent
- •3\.Thoracic Re\-irradiation
- •4\.Unable to perform to perform PFT/ DLCO
