Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients presented with clinical features (samanya lakshan) of Mutrashmari[18] Udarshool, Sadadha Mutrapravrutti, Sarakta Mutrapravrutti along with finding of calculus in kidney, ureter, bladder by the diagnostic method like USG Abdomen.

2)Patients having stones of size up to 9 mm.

3)Patient willing to give written informed consent & comply with requirement of the study protocol.

4)The patients between the age group of 20-60 years were selected irrespective of sex, occupation, race, and socio-economic status.

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patient with moderate to severe uretero hydronephrosis, pyelonephritis and severe UTI.

2)Patient having obstructive disorder of urinary track, BPH/ Urethral Stricture

3)Complicated cases which require immediate surgical intervention.

4)Chronic systemic illness, HIV and other renal diseases.

5)Pregnant and Lactating women.
