•1)Patients presented with clinical features (samanya lakshan) of Mutrashmari[18] Udarshool, Sadadha Mutrapravrutti, Sarakta Mutrapravrutti along with finding of calculus in kidney, ureter, bladder by the diagnostic method like USG Abdomen.
•2)Patients having stones of size up to 9 mm.
•3)Patient willing to give written informed consent & comply with requirement of the study protocol.
•4)The patients between the age group of 20-60 years were selected irrespective of sex, occupation, race, and socio-economic status.

•1)Patient with moderate to severe uretero hydronephrosis, pyelonephritis and severe UTI.
•2)Patient having obstructive disorder of urinary track, BPH/ Urethral Stricture
•3)Complicated cases which require immediate surgical intervention.
•4)Chronic systemic illness, HIV and other renal diseases.
•5)Pregnant and Lactating women.
