Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patients presented with clinical features (samanya lakshan) of Mutrashmari\[18] Udarshool, Sadadha Mutrapravrutti, Sarakta Mutrapravrutti along with finding of calculus in kidney, ureter, bladder by the diagnostic method like USG Abdomen.
  • •2\)Patients having stones of size up to 9 mm.
  • •3\)Patient willing to give written informed consent \& comply with requirement of the study protocol.
  • •4\)The patients between the age group of 20\-60 years were selected irrespective of sex, occupation, race, and socio\-economic status.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Patient with moderate to severe uretero hydronephrosis, pyelonephritis and severe UTI.
  • •2\)Patient having obstructive disorder of urinary track, BPH/ Urethral Stricture
  • •3\)Complicated cases which require immediate surgical intervention.
  • •4\)Chronic systemic illness, HIV and other renal diseases.
  • •5\)Pregnant and Lactating women.
