- •All consecutive surgical patients with sepsis and septic shock due to sepsis criteria admitted to the surgical intensive care unit.
排除标准
- •1. patients that refused to study
- •2. patients that had pre-existing systemic disease
- •3. patients that were significantly limiting life expectancy
- •4. patients that were transferred to tertiary care hospital
- •5. patients that were intolerance to protocol
