1) Aged 20-60 years;
2) Course > 3 months;
3) It is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain;
4) Those willing to join the study and sign informed consent.
Lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, acquired spondylolisthesis, piriformis syndrome and other diseases with definite diagnosis of lumbago and leg pain; combined with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other life-threatening primary diseases; pregnant and menstruating women.
