入选标准
- •1.Patient who is giving written and informed consent.
- •2.Patient with type 2 Diabetes mellitus with age > 40 and on treatment for diabetic mellitus.
- •3.Patients undergoing uneventful phacoemulsification surgery under local anaesthesia.
- •4.Patient with glycemic control of FBS <126mg/dl and PPBS <200mg/dl.
排除标准
- •1.Patients not giving consent
- •2.Any complications during cataract surgery
- •3.Pre-existing retinopathy
- •4.Pre - existing maculopathy
- •5.Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •6.Chronic ocular inflammatory disease
- •7H/O previous intraocular surgery
- •8Patient with type 1 diabetes mellitus, age < 40.
- •9Patient not on treatment for diabetes mellitus.
