- •1. Necrotic immature, asymptomatic permanent anterior teeth.
- •2. Open apex with open apex associated with or without periapical radiolucency
- •3. Negative response to hot and cold pulp sensitivity tests
- •4. No tooth mobility and <3 mm pocket depth
- •5. No prior endodontic treatment of involved tooth
排除标准
- •Patients with medical conditions like cardiac problems, pregnant patients, diabetic patients, bleeding tendencies, HIV+ patients, hepatitis-B.
