  • •\- Diabetes Mellitus
  • •\- Clinical signs indicative of macular edema

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Media opacities
  • •\- Hypermetropia more than S\+5 diopters, or myopia more than S\-8 dioptres
  • •\- Presence of other diseases that may influence the visual acuity
  • •\- Previous laser treatment
