Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients who fulfilled the diagnostic criteria of mild to moderate Depressive Disorder as per ICD-11.

2.Both Genders (male and female).

3.Age group between 18-60 years .

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients having any other physical and mental illness apart from mild to moderate depression.

2.Patient of subnormal intelligence.

3. Patient not giving written inform consent.

4. Patient with active suicidal idea.
