1. A clinical diagnosis of early VI (Burton et al., 2002; Cattaneo et al., 2007; Röder et al., 2004), with a visual disability severity rating of moderate-to-severe visual impairment and blindness according to WHO International Disease Classification 11 Distance Visual Impairment (WHO, 2018).
2. Age between 15-25 years old
3. Participants who can give written consent forms
1.Participants who are currently receiving treatment for mental disorders or with uncontrolled mood disorders. 2.Current participation in any other pharmacological trial or behavioural program.3.Cognitive impairment such as mental retardation4.Other debilitating conditions except VI, such as having hearing impairment, physical disability (eg. deformity of limbs), that can impede full participation in the study.5.Have secondary VI

Name Time Method 1. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS)2. Biomarker (Dopamine, Serotonin, Cortisol, Endorphin and Melatonin)3. Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (OHQ)Timepoint: T0 (Baseline assessment),T1 (2 months Intervention), T2 (6 month Follow-up) <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Ps. Biomarkers will only be conducted in T0 and T1.
