Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with functional scoliosis causing alterations in respiration pattern, blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety and depression score.
  • •2\. Blood pressure \> 130/90
  • •3\. Moderate \& severe depression, anxiety and stress score
  • •4\. Age group between 18\-65 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Psychiatric conditions like Schizophrenia, OCDââ?¬•s (obsessive compulsive disorders) \& bipolar disorders and communication disorders.
  • •2\. Osteoporosis
  • •3\. Recent injuries like fractures, grade 3 ligament injuries.
  • •4\. Vascular: aortic aneurism, bleeding into joints
  • •5\. Hypermobility
  • •6\. Red flag signs.
