Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with functional scoliosis causing alterations in respiration pattern, blood pressure, heart rate, anxiety and depression score.
- •2\. Blood pressure \> 130/90
- •3\. Moderate \& severe depression, anxiety and stress score
- •4\. Age group between 18\-65 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Psychiatric conditions like Schizophrenia, OCDââ?¬•s (obsessive compulsive disorders) \& bipolar disorders and communication disorders.
- •2\. Osteoporosis
- •3\. Recent injuries like fractures, grade 3 ligament injuries.
- •4\. Vascular: aortic aneurism, bleeding into joints
- •5\. Hypermobility
- •6\. Red flag signs.
