Inclusion Criteria
Caucasian
Age between 18 - 55 years
Exclusion Criteria
Visible dermatitis on the forearms
Systemic inflammatory disease or skin diseases other than AD
Sunbathing or using a tanning bed during 2 months prior to the investigation
Use of antihistaminics or inflammation suppressing medicines (e.g. corticosteroids, NSAIDs) or antibiotics three months prior to, or during the investigation.
