Inclusion Criteria
1. Professional AR shooters
2. Those who all are in regular shooting practice
3. AR Shooters who have achieved a qualifying score and qualified for the pre-national or national or international level competitions.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Other shooting sports athletes like 50 m, pistol shooting athletes
2. Those who have been involved in other than shooting sports like football
3. Those who are working or involved in any occupation
Those who had major accidents involving the head, Shoulder, Spine, Pelvis and
Legs.
