Overview
Brief Summary
This study has provided a foothold for clarifying the mechanism of postoperative infection caused by ESBL-producing E. coli, and has also clarified the tissue migration and concentration maintenance of each antimicrobial agent, such as the tendency of CTLZ and TAZ to maintain high concentrations in the peritoneum. We believe that the results of this study will contribute to the prevention of postoperative complications by selecting the optimal antimicrobial agent according to surgical invasion and time requ
