1. Patients with ischemic stroke or Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.
2. With muscle spasticity.
3. The age is 20 or over but under80 years old, without gender limitation.
4. The disease was first onset, and with no more than 180 days duration.
5. The NIHSS score were of : 6-20 for ischemic stroke, and the GCS score were of 9-15 for hemorrhagic stroke.
1. Previous history of mental illness or post-stroke with mental disorders;
2. Severe heart disease, heartliver and kidney failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding, severe infection, pregnant or lactating;
3. Patients and their families do not cooperate;
4. Participate in other clinical researchers at the same time.
