1.Patient with cardinal symptoms of Shukragata vata (ksheepra munchana).
2.nability to control ejaculation long enough to satisfy the partner in 50% of the coital opportunities.
3.Patient who are fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of premature ejaculation.
4.Married patient with the history of active sexual contact with partner at least for six months.
5.Patient willing to sign and give consent.
1.Known cases of psychological diseases like depression, anxiety, schizophrenia are excluded.
2.Patient with metabolic disorders like HTN, DM are excluded.
3.Diagnosed cases of prostatitis and BPH are excluded.
4.Patient denying consent.
