入选标准
- •Cases: children (2-59 months) with congenital heart disease confirmed by Echocardiography and presenting with pneumonia defined as per World Health Organisation
- •Comparison group: children (2-59 months) (preferably age and sex matched) presenting with pneumonia without any known congenital heart defect.
排除标准
- •-children with history of antibiotic intake in past 7 days
- •-children with known immunodeficiency
- •-children with chronic kidney and chronic liver disease
- •-children with nasal deformity
- •-children with structural lung malformation
