- •Prone position of 15 minutes must be possible for the test persons without pain;
- •voluntary participation in the study;
排除标准
- •acute lumbar back pain;
- •Generally valid contraindications to physiotherapeutic and osteopathic treatments of the lumbar spine (LWS) and
- •of the pelvis;
- •rheumatic diseases;
- •Taking medications that affect blood clotting;
- •taking muscle relaxants;
- •Skin changes (e.g. neurodermatitis, psoriasis, urticaria, decubitus);
- •scars in the lumbar area between Th12 and S1;
- •lack of consent of the test person to the interventions;
