入选标准
- •1. A patient expected to undergo intermediate-risk non-cardiac surgery according to the ESC/AHA guidelines and have three or more clinical cardiovascular risk factors from the revised cardiac risk index.
- •2. A patients without compelling indication for the echocardiography.
排除标准
- •1. A patient undergoing low-risk non-cardiac surgery according to ESC/AHA guidelines.
- •2. A patient undergoing intermediate-risk non-cardiac surgery according to ESC/AHA guidelines and have two or less clinical cardiovascular risk factors.
- •3. A patient whose life expectancy is less than 6 months.
- •4. A patient undergoing emergent surgery.
- •5. Functional capacity < 4 METs.
