Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Adolescents playing a minimum of 2 hours of internet gaming per day 2\)Adolescents who are willing to undergo an integrated yoga programme 3\)The adolescents who can communicate in the English language
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Adolescents who are diagnosed with any medical health condition and a physical impairment will be excluded.
- •2 Participants who have been addicted to drugs smoking and alcohol will be excluded.
